Rachel Gabriele
Ph.D. candidate, Planning , Governance, and Globalization (PGG)
Born in Michigan, raised in New York, and most recently from California, Rachel received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, and her MPA from Virginia Tech’s Center for Public Administration and Policy. She currently serves as Assistant Provost for Faculty Initiatives and Policies at Virginia Tech.
