Todd McDonald
Ph.D. candidate, Public Administration and Public Affairs (PAPA)
Todd is a third-year Ph.D. student and Army veteran who was stationed in Vicenza, Italy and deployed to Wardak Province, Afghanistan. He was born in Longview, Texas. Todd received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Texas State University, and a master’s degree in political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas.
