Elia Amegashie

Elia Amegashie is the Manager of Operations for the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) in Arlington, Virginia, and also serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the North Capital Region (NCR). In her role, Elia acts as a key resource for SPIA students across campuses, offering programmatic guidance and support. She provides administrative assistance to faculty members, works closely with SPIA’s Associate Director, and leads the operational management of SPIA programs in Arlington. Her efforts ensure smooth program delivery, strategic coordination, and overall success across NCR initiatives.

Elia holds an M.A. in Human Service Management and a Professional Certificate in Leadership & Management. She has a deep passion for lifelong learning and is committed to helping others achieve their academic and professional goals. Outside of work, Elia enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. A fun fact: she played Division I collegiate soccer.
