A transformative year-long leadership initiative crafted through the collaborative partnership of Virginia Tech's School of Public and International Affairs and the esteemed Virginia State Police.

CivilianLEAD is meticulously structured to empower Virginia State Police civilian employees by endowing them with vital leadership and management skills, enabling them to excel in their roles and serve their communities with distinction.

What does CivilianLEAD entail?

• Five-Day Virginia Public Sector Leader I Program training: Immerse yourself in an intensive week-long training regimen designed to fortify your leadership capabilities within the public sector.

• Three in-person Deep Dive sessions: Engage in focused, in-depth sessions to explore specific topics crucial to your role and professional advancement, guided by seasoned experts in the field.

• Six virtual sessions: Access convenient virtual sessions throughout the year, complementing your learning journey and providing ongoing support for your growth and development.
