Virginia Tech Certificate in Europe and Transatlantic Relations

The Graduate Certificate in Europe and Transatlantic Relations is open to VT and non-degree graduate students interesting in learning the fundamental principles of transatlantic relations with countries in Europe. This includes examining how the domestic policies and national interests of the United States affect its interactions with its allies in Europe, as well as how European policies impact on transatlantic relations and inform decisions made by public and private actors in the United States.
