Online Master of Public Administration (MPA)
Thinking of applying? Talk to us!
Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, but apply early for priority consideration. We highly value offering a tailored educational experience. Our CPAP advisors will be able to answer any questions you may have about the degree and whether it meets your professional and academic needs. They can also guide you through the application process
Our online MPA allows you to earn a Master of Public Administration degree from anywhere in the world completely online. Many of our students take some classes at either our Arlington, Blacksburg, or Richmond locations, and take other classes online.
Program requirements:
The online MPA is identical in course content, program requirements, and workload to the in-person degree program (described here). The same faculty teach in-person and online, and you will have opportunities to interact with students on our in-person campuses, virtually. The MPA is available for full and part-time students.
Graduate Certificates
Through the online MPA you may also earn credits toward the Local Government Management, Public and Nonprofit Financial Management, Nonprofit NGO Management, or Homeland Security Policy certificates.
